1 General Provisions

dj222 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document forms a binding legal agreement between the platform user ("user" or "member") and dj222.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and apply to members residing in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

A personal account must be created in order to use dj222's services. Members must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. In cases where false or misleading information is provided, the account may be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be permanently closed and all deposits and bonuses may be forfeited. More than one account per household, IP address, or device is not permitted.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details, password, and account secure. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. Third-party access to your account or account transfers are strictly prohibited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dj222 may request identity verification from a member at any time. This may require a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-approved documents. Failure to provide verification documents within the specified time may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

Members must be at least 21 years of age or older to use the dj222 platform. Registration or participation in games by minors is strictly prohibited.

Furthermore, citizens of geographic locations where online gaming is legally prohibited are not eligible to use this platform. Members are responsible for confirming their own legal eligibility.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.5 Failed Transactions

dj222 will not be held responsible for transactions that fail due to technical errors or payment gateway issues. Please notify the support team immediately in such situations. In the case of a failed transaction, funds will be returned in accordance with the rules of the relevant payment provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit at dj222, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, members must select it at the time of making their first deposit after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means winnings earned from the bonus will only be withdrawable after wagering an amount equal to 10 times the bonus. 5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be claimed once and cannot be used in combination with any other offer.
• Bonuses are not transferable to cash and cannot be given to third parties.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• dj222 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

dj222's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are: up to 0.3% at Bronze tier, up to 0.6% at Silver tier, up to 0.9% at Gold tier, and up to 1.2% at Platinum tier. Members can advance to higher tiers through active participation and loyalty to the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. dj222 reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors or event irregularities. In the case of a cancelled bet, the original stake amount will be returned to the account.

6.2 Event Results

The announcements of the relevant authorities (such as the ICC, BPL committee, etc.) are final in determining the results of all sports betting events. In the event of a dispute over results, dj222's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Game Return to Player (RTP)

The RTP percentage for all games available on dj222 is determined by the respective game providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). RTP is a long-term theoretical calculation — short-term results may vary significantly.

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. dj222 reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any member.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure if they occur:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or false information.
• Any form of bonus fraud or abuse.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Colluding or cooperating with other members to place bets.
• Misconduct toward or threatening dj222 staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by Member

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before making the request. If you wish to self-exclude your account for responsible gaming reasons, please contact the support team.

8.2 Account Suspension by dj222

dj222 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• Failure to verify identity or submission of suspicious documents.
• Suspicious financial activity or concern of fraud.
• If there is no activity on the account for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• In compliance with instructions from legitimate authorities.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for more than 12 months, the account will be considered inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may apply to the remaining balance. Prior notification will be sent by email regarding this matter.

9 Limitation of Liability

dj222 is an entertainment platform. dj222 will not be held liable for any loss arising from technical errors, internet disconnection, third-party service failures, or any other uncontrollable circumstances.

• dj222 bears no liability for financial losses resulting from playing games.
• No compensation will be provided for bets lost due to issues with a member's device or internet connection.
• dj222's liability is limited in the event of data loss caused by external hacking or cyberattacks.
• Members themselves bear all risks associated with their gaming activities.
